There is a triangular relationship between the coach, coachee and the organization. A common practice is for executive coaches to work with both the sponsors and coachees at the outset to agree the coaching objectives. Often it is better to incorporate the sponsor’s perspectives and objectives into coaching. We work with the organizations and coachees at the outset to agree the coaching objectives. We sign a NDA with all our clients, so that the content of coaching sessions is strictly private consultations between the coach and coachee. We also offer the option to review progress at mid-point and the end of the coaching program. The coaching is all about helping highly pressured and often stressed individuals, fix the parts of their life which are damaging their health and productivity and change their mind sets and behaviors so they can perform at their peak.
